This doesn't make much sense to me - there is no amino acid for the first three bases and even if you start from the first complete trio then there are still some missing.

If the code is mRNA then the Ts should replaced with Us

Great idea. I just had to change the T's to U's as I'm teaching the OCR spec. (didn't take a minute with word's "find and replace". Thank you very much :-)
