Just a list of what evidence you may want to include in the standrds. I would personally also add a lot of personal information how you met each standard by looking in the standards booklet you recieved at the beginning of the course.

Although not up-to-date with the current standards, it is worth looking at because of aspects of the Standards that have not changed. Good resource that can provide ideas.
Indeed, sadly obsolete because of the new standards
out date now?. still useful but I believe it is now out of date however it can be used as a good tool as to what kind of evidence is still relevant.
