Good, but it's a shame that the user's own grammar is lacking in the writing of this: there's a very noticeable incorrect use of the word "through" (it should be throughout, which is why you'll find 'your' comes up with a green line underneath it and why MS word thinks 'your' should be 'you're') and there's an inverted comma used directly before a full stop. Also an entirely made up word, 'negotiables.' This won't be going up without some changes; otherwise it's a very good guide.
