Studying 'Britain Since 1948' has been lots of fun with my Year 5 class. I made this activity to kick off the topic area - and although a difficult challenge, it provoked lots of interesting discussions around the class. Laminated sets of these cards and labels were given to groups of four childre More…n. All abilities found it accessible, as not only is it challenging for the higher ability, my lower ability were able to access the information due to the associated pictures.
