This task is based on Untold Stories from the SS St Louis which you should share with the students before you ask them to complete the task.
Tell the story in your own words and at the end of the story discuss, in either French or English, the actions taken by the Captain and the messages sent from the ship. Do not use individual workbooks, instead give the students individual sheets of paper for their messages and display their ideas around the school or college.
