Don't want to be miserable, but the latest thinking is that we shouldn't be calling food healthy or unhealthy. ( although everybody does!!) Any food in excess is not good, and it is not wrong to eat some food that is high in fat or sugar. The title should be "Food we should eat a lot of" "Food we shouldn't eat too often" It is all about balance and we are trying to get the children to eat a healthy diet overall. I suggest you change a couple of words and then this would become a really brilliant resource.
