Guided Reading Planning for the book 'Holes'. The planning was intended for a more able Year 5 group, but can be used within Year 6 or at a slower pace with Year 4. Planning covers four weeks of guided reading sessions. Some key questions are noted on the plan too. Planning includes links to Framewo More…rk Strands and Reading Assessment Focuses (AFs). There is also a box for observations and comments to link to APP.

Thank you. Hi lor1973, the ideas come from 'Read and Respond' which I was recommended by an AST - it can be time consuming, but they give you loads of ideas

Impressive!. Hi. Thanks for sharing this. It's really good but pretty time consuming I imagine. Do you always plan like this for GR? Do you have a resource you use?
