Simple Photostory giving some basic information about the events of Hurricane Katrina and a worksheet to check recall. (We had previously studied how hurricanes are formed and their categories etc.) The images sparked a lot of discussion amongst my low - ability y8 group of boys and led to them wri More…ting a short passage describing how it might have felt to be caught up in a hurricane.
