Investigating Trig with ICT activity. A dynamic webpage and accompanying worksheet to introduce pupils to the basics of trigonometry. The outcome should be that they discover the three trig ratios for themselves and apply them then in some problem solving. I have found this really successful in teac More…hing for understanding and getting pupils to see why the ratios work and how the elements interact with each other. Outstanding computer lesson!

A nice way of getting pupils to use the package Geogebra in the topic of trigonometry. The worksheet explains to the pupils exactly what they have to do and has a good level of questions to get the pupils thinking. At the end there is a nice set of questions for pupils to practice calculating lengths of sides using trig.
