4week Scheme of work. This resource is aimed at teachers and provides an overview of 'Unit 1: Applying Maths to Everyday Life'. The main aim of the unit is to re-introduce students to mental arithmetic after the summer break and to look at applying maths to a range of simple situations. The More… resource also includes suggestions for lesson activities and highlights the objectives of the maths curriculum.
