Shakespeare's birthday. For teachers, pupils and parents alike of KS2 check out www.findingthewill.com for help in getting to grips with the cracking stories. A primary school in Hampshire last week produced Macbeth in a just one week - even the Reception class spoke original text. No one is too old or too young to learn!

Good starting points for exploring the text. I think that this unit plan is ideal for trying to incorporate drama into the literacy hour and bring creativity to- also might make a good after-school club focus!
