Lesson two in my sequence of lessons on multipliers. All resources provided. Starter - matching activity Lesson - examples and matching activity to check understanding Worksheet - join questions to answers in order with straight lines. The lines will pass through letters, keep a record of t More…hese letters. Eventually it spells out something like WE LOVE CHOCOLATE Plenary - memory game Extension - comparing 15% increase to 10 then 5% and so on.

Brilliant! The code breaker was an excellent way to judge whether the children were understanding multipliers.

Thanks for sharing all your hardwork!!! This has virtually helped me plan at least 3 of my lessons which I am sure that my year 9s and 10s will enjoy - all boxes are ticked AFL, creative, differentiated etc!! Excellent plans, lessons and resources to go with them all - a massive thanks!!!

Thank you for taking the time to upload all of these. I particularly like the plenary. A useful introduction to multipliers for percentage increase and decrease :)
