Our school is having a literacy drive and all classes are laminating subject specific literacy placemats to be placed on tables for students to improve literacy. This is one for Unit 8 but can be adapted for your own units of work. This mat contains connectives, Key Skills based on Bloom, advice on More…how to gain an A* and all the keywords of Rights and Responsibilities, Medical and the Environment, Peace and Conflict and Crime and Punishment.
