A range of practical measuring activities with a magical theme. Used this with a mixed ability Yr4 class and have never seen them more engaged or excited by maths learning - especially the potion making. It had to match the colour of mine (used 4 different food colours) and was a 'de-gnoming&# More…39; potion. Groups of 4 all chose a magical team name - fab!
