Multiplication and division facts for the 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 times tables ( three days).

Children use their times table knowledge to recognise mystery times tables, and play a game to practise facts from the 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, and 10 times tables. They revise multiplication facts for the 9 times table and concentrate on learning the related division facts. They begin to learn multiplication facts for the 6 times table. Patterns in 10, 9 and 6 times tables are discussed, rules generated and children try to predict multiples greater than 100 using these rules.
