A TESiboard ( http://tesiboard.co.uk ) activity using angles and distance to guide the mole through the maze. Give instructions to move the mole around the maze by working out the direction and distance required. For differentiation purposes, there are three levels of maze complexity and instruction More…s can be carried out either one step at a time or as a programmed sequence of moves. An optional overlay can be used to help work out the angles. Great for thinking skills and visualising ahead! As warm-up activities, try Chameleon and Spider Web.

Thank you very much, this resource is very clear and saved me so much time. The whiteboard leads through examples of right-angles brilliantly and the activity not only reinforces right-angles, but also ticks handling data box. Thank you again
