Time for some muscle building! Children look at joints in the human body & the movements that each allow before looking at how muscles control every move we make. Models are constructed to show how pairs of antagonistic muscles pull to work together. Suitable for Y4 pupils.

Thanks for the help! I wasn't sure how to extend on muscles after exploring them through PE but this acts as a good visual extention! Thanks
