Love the Story bag idea. Great idea for getting wow adjectives!! Have Copied your character sheet idea, but changed for dragons. You have got me thinking too about more creative ideas in the classroom. I'm going to get chdn in pairs to make their characters out of plasticine and then act out the story before they begin to write. Once the story is clear in their minds, I'm then going to get them to write it down- then go back to plasticine and scenery at end and use a photoshoot programme so they can make an animation of their stories!!
