Pupils love to get creative with food and what better way to encourage them to eat a school lunch during NSMW than involving them in preparing it. During NSMW we want to show pupils that food and cooking is lots of fun and it's better and easier to learn to cook from a young age. Some children don't More… know where basic raw ingredients come from but teaching them to cook helps pupils learn skills for life. They will also understand the hard work that school caterers put in to create a delicious and healthy school meal.
