After perusing the internet to find art lessons judged to be outstanding I found this document although it is not a lesson I think it does help because it is art specific and lets the teacher know in more detail what is required to achieve outstanding,good,satisfactory and inadequate.Hope it helps :)

I found this useful as the school I work in is changing over to an Academy, we will go into special measures and everyone will be scrutinised. Sometimes it's very difficult for good teachers to tick all the boxes and produce show boat lessons when they aren't informed properly. I get fed up when they say 'yes but the lesson is task orientated'. So thank you. :)
