Creating musical accompaniments for poetry can help to create atmosphere when poems are being read out load. Using a free download, pupils created their own Bonfire Night performance poetry. This activity was carried out with year 2 children, though can be used with other age groups too!

great idea for a lesson with ict learning objective - will need to download the free microsoft software and play about with it first if you are not familiar with it
