A resource which can be used indoors or out. Children are encouraged by playing the role of a Policeman or Police woman to search around the classroom, school or outdoor classroom for hidden letters,pictures or words . Talking tins can be used to remind the children of the sound or word they are tr More…ying to find. Dressing up is great fun as they take on their role. Clip boards are used to encourage the children to attempt to write or copy what they have found. The use of magnifying glasses encourages their search. A great resource in particular for boys!!!
