looks great - just seems misaligned when I downloaded - any way this can be uploaded as a PDF so I can print aligned?<br />

Hi, apologies for that! It was originally uploaded way back in 2012 so the file type was the older Word one, which is what was causing alignment issues. I have updated, saved with the newer Word extension, as well as a PDF version. Let me know if there's any more issues!
