A visual which can be used as is, or reduced down to credit card (pocket) size, laminated, and used by peer mentors/ midday supervisors, duty staff etc, to help sort out playground disputes. (Based on SEAL strategies). Helps to ensure structured and consistent approach during those "unstructur More…ed" times, and with prolonged use will improve social understanding
