Pupil Self-Assessment Booklet

Overall rating 3 out of 53.5 (4 ratings)

I created this booklet as a way of getting pupils to engage in self-review at the end of aunit of work and to look for progression. It also acts as a way of presenting them with their assessment data at the end of each unit so, combined with my formative assessment ‘How Can I Improve’ poste More…rs (elsewhere on the site) they know what to do to progress. For it to look it’s best - as I intended - you’ll need to download and install the font it uses - Action Jackson, which is free but you’ll need to google it to find it.

Well done on the idea of booklet. Each teacher can use it as a starting point to create what suits their class level/ stage. Taking responsibility for self assessment/ Reflection and planning goals etc is so good for students. SB

Some interesting ideas. Shame you include Bleep test - this is not designed for pupils less than GCSE standard!!! Should have heart rate monitor on too. Shame year 6 have to be tested at all.

good resource. a good resource to help pupils reflect and think about their P.E lessons, a chance for teachers to see what pupils think of their lessons and possible feedback to enavble teachers to improve or alter certain aspects of their lessons. Its also a good way of recording scores and allowing pupils to make targets based on their previous achievements
