Quite a useful piece of work, with only one or two points to make. if a bottle rocket is stable, it usually has a set of large fins. Rockets of this type will actually weathercock INTO wind when launched so the safe area is Downwind. The best area to stand, as a general rule, is perpendicular to the wind flow, thus avoiding both bottles AND water!!
