This is a PGCE year resource which I am not posting as a 'great lesson', however, there are some useful animations and a clear Learning objective you could use. If I remember rightly I used a water tray and rocks, sand etc for kids to 'do' the transportation processes. The starter is a set of More… anagrams and then a recap of the water cycle using visuals.
