A symbolised recipe for Sausage and Cranberry Stuffing Rolls Includes Ingredients, Equipment and Method. A bit more complex than my Sage and Sausage Stuffing Roll but tastes great ! If you can't get Cranberries, a mix of Raisins and Sultanas are a good alternative. Cooked by my Level 1 and P 7 students with minimal support.
