A lesson plan for KS1 on how to write a senses poem. Additional resources include a workshop aimed at pupils (which is also suitable for KS2) and an activity showing pupils how they can experience being deaf and blind and how that affects their senses. The activity was written by Laure Perkins of the Education Team at Deafblind UK exclusively for our Scribbler! magazine. It's an interesting way to lead into writing a senses poem. Workshop is also suitable for KS2.
