This is just what I was looking for! It's surprising how little of this type of resource is available - you've saved my day. Will really come in useful for my y4/5 class who struggle in group discussion. Thanks.

Use of discussion prompts for Autisitic youngsters. hi - these resources are very good.and I can see their suitability with a series of sessions with very bright pupils with ASD. BUT - you knew there had to be a but!- BUT
1. the actual words used makes them unsuitable for use with ASD youngsters & learning difficulties. The meanings of words used would need to be de-coded for them before pupils could start to assimilate the information they contain. By this time their focus is often lost.
2. the poster has too much information packed into it. for our ASD pupils. I think that they would be immediately put off/phased by it.
