This is the project I set up during my time as a School Librarian. Using an awards system this allows for pupil progression outside of the classroom. Also advice on interviews and recruitment.

Not quite what I was looking for, as I work in a Primary School, but I was very impressed.

Have you looked at the SLA's Pupils Librarian Toolkit? I use a modified version of the Secondary School awards with my year 8 pupils. There is also a Primary Schools model.
