The activity has been designed to fit into two sessions: the first is a discussion session on the science and factors affecting aircraft carriers; the second is a hands on design and making session. Each should last approximately 40 minutes, but can be run together. Students will explore the desi More…gn and development of aircraft carriers and apply these ideas to build their own models.
