Monitor supervisors through a typical lunch hour to see what strategies they use to provide the best experience possible, in ‘Support Staff’.

At Beaufort Primary, senior midday supervisor and TA, Di Anderson, and team are always working to improve the experience. They re More…ward pupils with a 'Top Table' every Friday, allow packed lunches outside and provide an indoor club for pupils who find the playground too intimidating.

At St Paul's and All Hallows, the importance of lunchtime is recognised, leading to a number of changes, including the introduction of two sittings.
