I cannot take full credit for this one, someone gave me a copy of this a long time ago and I have adapted it over the years. Follow the lesson plan. Basically, split the class into 3 groups. Each is again split into union and management negotiators. (I put them in different rooms when they are prepa More…ring their arguments). Then gee them up and let them negotiate. Theory covered includes; strikes, overtime ban, non financial motivation and work to rule. I love this lesson, enjoy.
