Using connectives

Overall rating 4 out of 54.3 (19 ratings)

Last updated 01 July 2014, created 04 July 2010, viewed 61,787

To practise structure of compound sentences, using a variety of connectives. Suitable for high level Year 6 or Key Stage 3. Students match the two halves of the sentences, and use an appropriate connective from the list to link them. Higher level students could do this without the list of connectives.
