Thank you this has saved me looking up all the rainfall in tropical countries!

The countries in the southern hemispshere have reversed seasons to the Northern hemisphere so the temperature in Australia are not right. June, July August are our colder months.

I agree with maisiej, it is a lovely powerpoint, but temperatures for Sydney should be higher in Jan/Dec than in June/July - definitely change this before using in class!!

Incorrect Information. I was excited to see this powerpoint because I thought it would fit nicely with a unit of work I am doing with my 5/6 class.
However when I looked at the temperatures listed in certain months, I was dismayed to see that Sydney, which is where I live, had temperatures listed as 27°C during our winter. It is certainly not that warm! In fact the highest temperature in July would be around 18-20°C. This information is incorrect, so left me wondering how much of the other information is wrong as well.

Great - thank you. I like the fact that you have included temperatures and rainfall in an easy to read chart - it will show my Year 4's a clear distinction between the tropical and desert climates.
