I put this lesson together for my class when I realised they had completely forgotten the difference between weight and mass. A challenge for kids' graph skills - choose 3 appropriate sets of data to compare and choose axes to fit them on the same graph. Also includes an inertia puzzle (referred More… to again in my "Falling and Acceleration" lesson): how can I tell which fuel tank is empty in space? There is no weight but there is mass. Inertia means mass resists acceleration (try pulling it). Note: includes me, my husband and the ALICE detector, remove/change as required! :-)
