During a recent training session I went to we were handed little slips for each time we produced good work or did something well. We had to write our names on them and hold onto them. At the end of the day they were put into a hat and drawn out for a number pf prizes. This is what the sessi More…on leader uses at his school and I though it was a great idea, so have made my own.
