What makes a good King?

The first lesson in a SoW that concludes with a debate about "Who should be King?" after Edward the Confessor: Harold Godwinson, Harald Hardrada, Edgar Atheling or William of Normandy. This lesson gets the students to think about how people are judged either good or bad at their job. Th More…is can then be applied to what make a King good at their job in 1066.
