Not bad at all, certainly an improvement on "please photocopy this entire music score, is that all right, luv ?"
nice common sence ideas, glad to see it back in print remember to add at the bottom............plan time to talk and share ideas with your assistants as they may have a different relationship with pupils.
For example they may work with a particular child that works well in a small group rather than with you in a whole class teaching session.
Quite basic but will a good starting point.
