This planning focuses on developing children's understanding of fractions, percentages and decimals, including equivalent fractions and links to division. Children develop understanding of finding fractions, etc., of numbers and quantities. Finally there is work on ratio and proportion, includ More…ing an outdoor activity. The work is set in practical contexts with lots of investigative activities and new ideas. This file contains the first 5 days of planning.
