A-Level OCR History Civil Rights video guide - Passages (30 marks)

This is a 9-and-a-half-minute video guiding students through the 30-mark question that they will face in their A-Level OCR History exam. The guide focuses on trade unions and uses two passages that I created for the purpose of this video walkthrough and for classroom practice. The passages are about the Gilded Age in the USA.

Included are:

• 9-and-a-half-minute video walkthrough. I analyse two passages, add supporting own knowledge, and discuss an essay that I created based on my analyses of the two passages
• Two passages about the rights of workers during the Gilded Age, which I created
• The completed model answer, including an introduction, two paragraphs about each passage (four total), and a conclusion
• A table featuring my analyses for easy reading
• A brief structure guide
