OCR A Level Biology A lesson on Colorimetry and Chromatography. This is one of the lessons to meet the specification points for 2.1.2 Biological Molecules.

  • Determine the glucose concentration of an unknown solution.
  • Use your results to create a calibration curve and determine the glucose concentration of the unknown solution.
  • Set up paper chromatography to identify the amino acids present in the mixture.
