Design Technology Teddy Chairs

Powerpoint walking through the research, design, make and evaluate process for creating scaled models of chairs out of recyclable materials.

I used a project booklet from a well known subscription resouce website along side the ppt for pupils to record on but this is not essential. The project works very well without the recording or for mainstream classroom (I used in KS3 SEND but would happily use in KS2 mainstream).

My group really got on board with the idea of finding a gap in the market and the need for a unique selling point.

The ppt is a bare bones one and will rely on you (and more importantly, them) to talk it but it should help to provide a structure for the unit. Hopefully it will be of some use to someone :-)
