This is a unit of work I have developed to use with Key Stage 4 and 5 in a Special Needs School. It would suit Key Stage 3 in mainstream also. It contains lessons covering Alcohol Abuse, Smoking, Psychoactive Substances (Legal highs), Substance abuse and Effects on Famous people. It has discussion topics and literacy activities, also topical film clips to show students to support their understanding of certain topics. The learning objectives can be differentiated based on the ability of the students.

I had an online microteach on substance abuse. I was focusing on Spice but also wanted an overview on drugs. I found the resources were logical and well presented. I was able to edit them to my purpose. 👍
