I developed this resource for a mid-range GCSE group who have to be able to write balanced half equations for binary salts. It is for use at the end of a lesson which includes video clips, discussion and demonstrations. We discuss page 1 and they are on their own for page 2. Forgive the comic sans! Questions are good but yes chlorine should be 2Cl- ---> Cl2 + 2e
