This KS3 SoW about the UK’s Rivers and their processes is a very engaging scheme of work that investigates the physical characteristics of rivers, their processes and landforms as well as flooding and how we can manage this.
The SoW is very fun, engaging and includes all kinds of different skills and activities like map work, graph skills, ranking activities and each lesson has numerous extension and starter tasks.
Each lesson has clear objectives that are addressed by the tasks. All answers and instructions are included on slides so the SoW could be easily taught by a none specialist.
