Power point slides I currently use to deliver fully the unit “Immunity” for AS Biology. The slides follow Cambridge syllabus (9700) but they are easily adaptable to others. The topic is divided in:
- Defence against disease: external and internal defence system described.
- Cells of the immune system: B-cells, T-cells and phagocytes described.
- Active and passive immunity: includes vaccines and mabs.
Some activities to check student’s understanding also included at the end with some past paper multiple choice questions
