This resource covers the basics of ropecraft with 4 lesson summaries. There are 2 lesson summaries regarding movement skills. There are supporting instructions and videos on these basic skills. It does not however, provide a SoW which ''provides a detailed route from complete novice to competition ready’’.<br /> <br /> The belay instructions on p5 of its manual are dangerous as the brake rope is not locked off whilst the hands are moving. Hopefully the author will amend this section.
