The affiliated worksheet has different, dynamic activities to help pupils fully understand and integrate the features in their writing (i.e. matching and identifying features, sample model writing etc).
Key questions are linked to learning strands for key stage 2.
Resource should be used over 2 lessons to have pupils familiarise acronym for instructional writing and to use sample worksheet as a starter as a form of summative assessment.
